Penthouse Magazine is in the process of making an offer to the Carolina Panther cheerleaders, who were arrested Sunday morning for fighting and allegedly having sex in a Tampa nightclub bathroom, to pose for the magazine. No dollar amount will be disclosed at this time regarding the pictorial offer. Two Carolina Panthers cheerleaders, Angela Keathley and Victoria Renee Thomas, have been dismissed from their cheerleading squad after they were arrested for allegedly fighting in a Florida bar over the weekend.A third cheerleader was dismissed from the Panthers cheerleading squad. She's accused of giving one of the girls involved in a bathroom brawl a fake id to get inside a bar.Police said there was an argument with a nightclub patron waiting to use the restroom stall and police said a fight started between the women.Keathley is charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. While the incident involving Charlotte cheerleaders in Banana Joes bathroom had people talking in Charlotte and across the nation, the TopCats remained silent as they returned home on Monday. Some people involved in the restroom ruckus are speaking out. Melissa Holden was punched in the face in the scuffle. Police blame Thomas."I was in shock, I didn't even blink, why would anyone hit me," said Holden.Police say Thomas, along with Keathley, was involved in some sort of sexual activity in a nightclub bathroom stall.Holden said the woman behind her in line made a comment. But it was Holden who was punched. She restrained the cheerleader afterwards."And the whole time I'm holding her against the wall, she's yelling, 'I'm a Panther cheerleader. You have to let me go.' I said, 'I don't care who you are, you just hit me in the face. You're going to jail,'" said Holden.Originally, police said, Thomas was pretending to be a different cheerleader. On Monday, a judge charged Thomas with a third-degree felony for giving a false name and causing harm to that other cheerleader.Panther fan Chet Wisniewski, from Charlotte, met the cheerleaders at dinner before the fight."Well, I was quite shocked because they all seemed like nice young ladies, and to hear there was actually maybe something going on in the bathroom, but it broke out to a brawl," he said. The cheerleaders traveled to Tampa on their own for Sunday's Panthers game against the Buccaneers. The TopCats do not perform at away games.
