CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Charlotte residents can now tour and purchase a home in what will be the city's most luxurious high-rise residential building, 210 Trade. The sales center, located at 201 S. College Street, suite 150, will include a full-service marketing center, as well as a unique selection center located on the 27th floor overlooking the project building site.

Guests of the 210 Trade sales center will enjoy viewing the intricate 9-foot building model, showcasing the location of the high-rise in proximity to the light rail, Overstreet Mall and Bobcats Arena. Flat-screen TVs will offer virtual fly-thru tours of the amenity floor of the project as well as residence interiors.

Unique to the 210 Trade project, the sales center will also feature a 27th-floor vignette. This high-rise unit will also showcase a selection center where residents can choose from three professionally designed color palettes and upgrade packages.

210 Trade will be a luxury high-rise condominium tower at the corner of Trade and College streets on the site of the old Charlotte Convention Center. Located atop the planned EpiCentre entertainment complex and across from the forthcoming Ritz-Carlton, 210 Trade will serve as Charlotte's urban high-rise resort.
