Circus Animals To Walk Through Uptown Tuesday

The Grand Animal Walk of The Greatest Show On Earth® heralds the arrival of the sizzling, all-new 139th Edition of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey to Charlotte, and the public is invited to attend.

The walk is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday* as animals and performers make their way through Uptown Charlotte to prepare for ten shows at Time Warner Cable Arena® between January 27 – 31, 2010.

Animals will be unloaded from the train at 6 PM at W. 3rd and Graham and make their way on W. 3rd street.

They will take a left onto South Poplar Street and turn right onto Trade Street.

They will continue down Trade Street straight past Time Warner Cable Arena® and make a left onto N. Caldwell Street.

Animals and performers will make a final left into the back loading dock of the arena.
