CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Brighter outlook: The rain chance for Thursday looks to be confined to the mountains, with just some clouds arriving over the metro area. Windy conditions are expected for our area.
Weekend plans: Conditions will remain dry through the weekend, but temps will dip. Lows will be near freezing by Saturday morning.
