FORECAST: Windy conditions expected for Thursday

by: Keith Monday Updated:

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Brighter outlook: The rain chance for Thursday looks to be confined to the mountains, with just some clouds arriving over the metro area. Windy conditions are expected for our area.

Weekend plans: Conditions will remain dry through the weekend, but temps will dip. Lows will be near freezing by Saturday morning.
