CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Thursday morning temps were off to a cold start, but that will change quickly.
Sunshine will be abundant and high temperatures will warm into the 70s Thursday afternoon. The Charlotte area will close in on 80 degrees by Friday.
There is no chance of rain through the weekend, but showers and storm chances will build up again by Monday.
