High court considers shakeup of frequent flier program

WASHINGTON — Was Delta Airlines wrong to ban a musician from its frequent flier program because he sought points for his cello?

And what about a rabbi, purged from Northwest Airlines' benefits for complaining too much?

This morning, the U.S. Supreme Court considers whether airline perks are a right or a privilege able to be revoked.

Channel 9 Washington Bureau reporter Justin Gray is at the court with a look at how this case may shake up frequent flier programs.
