CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police arrested a man accused of shooting someone early Sunday morning at an east Charlotte gas station.
Christopher James Gomillion faces assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
Officers were called around 3 a.m. to the BP on the corner of The Plaza and East Sugar Creek Road, where they found the victim, who had been shot twice.
Paramedics rushed that person to Carolinas Medical Center with serious injuries. The victim's name has not been released.
Police said the shooting stemmed from an argument.
