MATTHEWS, N.C. — Two people were injured, one seriously, after a pin-in crash Saturday morning in Matthews, officials said.
Officials said paramedics and the Idlewild Volunteer Fire Department were at the scene just before 10 a.m. near the intersection of Margaret Wallace and Sam Newell roads.
Medic said one person was treated for life-threatening injuries and the other for injuries that were not life-threatening.
Channel 9 is asking authorities what led to the crash.
