STATESVILLE, N.C. — Two people from Statesville are facing charges after police said they were growing marijuana in their home.
Police removed the marijuana plants from the home on Alexander Street.
Victor Redmond Jr. and Brandy James were arrested Wednesday in connection with the drugs.
Officers said they initially pulled Redmond over during a traffic stop, but discovered the plants in the home after further investigation.
