GASTONIA, N.C. - A high-profile local murder case will be in the national spotlight Friday night.
ABC's 20/20 will profile a Fort Mill man acquitted of killing his former fiancée in 2011.
Michael Mead was accused of killing Lucy Johnson in her Gastonia home, then setting it on fire in 2008.
She was pregnant at the time, and the unborn child also died.
20/20 interviewed Channel 9 reporter Ken Lemon -- who covered the case extensively -- for their story.
They also spoke to Mead and the entire jury about the case.
Tune in to 20/20 on Channel 9 tonight at 10 p.m. and follow Ken on Twitter (@KenLemonWSOC9).
