CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police said a 21-year-old woman who disappeared Saturday morning has been found.
Briana Richard was last seen near North Tryon Street and WT Harris Boulevard. Police called her disappearance suspicious.
CMPD told Channel 9 that they arrested Allan Spencer and charged him with breaking and entering with intent to terrorize.
More charges are expected.
