Deputies are looking for $41,000 that spilled all over a North Carolina highway.
The highway patrol originally said troopers had recovered all of the money that came loose when a Brinks truck crashed on US 52 in Davidson County Monday night.
Brinks realized later that a chunk of the money was missing after doing an audit.
Police do not have any suspects in the larceny.
The truck was the only vehicle involved in the crash.
Eyewitness News has been told there were injuries, but no word on who was injured.
