CLEVELAND COUNTY, N.C. - On Saturday night health officials are continuing to interview people who ate Salmonella-tainted barbecue from a Shelby Church.
Cleveland County officials told Eyewitness News that 71 people were sickened and that number could climb.
Thirteen of those people were hospitalized.
The outbreak has been linked to a fundraiser at Sandy Plains Baptist Church on Sept. 7.
The church sold 5,000 plates.
