Police arrested a 79-year-old Hickory man they said had a stash of marijuana.
Curtis King was charged with possession with intent to sell a controlled substance.
Police said they were serving a warrant to a woman who lived on First Street.
They said that when King answered the door, they could see drugs inside the home.
Police later came back with a search warrant, and found 23 grams of marijuana in the home.
