Amazon appears to be adding another facility in region

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Amazon.com Inc. appears to be targeting another industrial facility in Charlotte.

Plans filed for a site on Old Statesville Road provide evidence that Amazon is looking to add a location there.

INDUS Realty Trust Inc. is the owner and developer of the more than 40-acre site at 9917 Old Statesville Road.
