ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — Officers arrested a man accused of taking three children in Rowan County.
An Amber Alert was issued close to 4 a.m. Saturday out of Burlington, N.C., just east of Greensboro.
Officers pulled over Detarrio Yarbor at the Rowan County Sheriff's Office, but he told police he dropped off three children at a family member's house.
Deputies said they were safe.
