RED SPRINGS, N.C. — The Red Springs Police Department in Robeson County canceled the Amber Alert for a reported missing child, Colvin W. Zavier.
Colvin W. Zavier is a 21-month-old black male, approximately 2 feet tall and weighing 30 pounds.

He has brown hair and brown eyes.
There is allegedly one abductor, Sabrina Danielle Locklear, is described as 20 years old, a female Native American, female, who is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing blue jeans, white shirt, black or brown knee-high boots and a black or brown jacket.
The child and suspect were last seen at Westgate Terrace Apartment 19E in Red Springs.
