CONCORD, N.C. — An armed bystander helped a man who was being robbed in Concord, according to police.
Investigators said a man was walking back to his car at the Wells Fargo bank on Church Street when a person with a stun gun came up and tried to rob him.
Police say the would-be robber took off in a green Honda Civic after another person with a gun intervened.
