LINCOLNTON, N.C. - Investigators now say a Lincolnton woman was beaten to death in her home back in July.
The Gaston Gazette reported the autopsy shows Bonnie Vincent was struck in the head and ribs.
The autopsy report said it looks like she tried to use her left arm to defend herself.
Vincent’s husband, Michael, was also found dead in the home, but his autopsy has not been released.
Wilbert Fair has been charged in connection with the crime.
