CHARLOTTE - A 1-year-old was ejected after a car accident in north Charlotte Sunday night, according to police.
An official with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department said the baby was in a restraint but it might not have been on properly.
The baby was transported to Carolinas Medical Center as a precaution, but he did not have serious injuries.
CMPD said a car pulled out in front of another car, but did not give additional details. They also did not say if charges would be filed.
