CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Bank of America says it is cutting 3,000 jobs overseas.
The Charlotte-based bank says it is part of an ongoing review of the bank's global operations.
Jobs in Costa Rica, the Philippines, and Mexico will be slashed over the next year.
The bank says the move will not impact Merrill Lynch -- the bank's global markets business.
