• Bicycle-riding flasher spotted twice over weekend

    CHARLOTTE, N.C.,None - The man accused of flashing women in south Charlotte was at it again over the weekend, according to police.

    People who have seen the man said he rides a bicycle and exposes himself as he slowly rides past. One woman said he was fondling himself and saying lewd things.

    The most recent incidents happened on Park Avenue and Cedar Street.

     According to a police report, a woman told police a man on a bicycle exposed himself as he rode past her while she was walking her dog. The incident happened around 12:30 p.m. Sunday.

    The second incident happened about 90 minutes later on Cedar Street. There, a woman told police she was jogging when the man rode past her and exposed himself.

    He has also been spotted on South Boulevard near Tremont Street on Friday. On Wednesday, he was seen on the greenway near Metropolitan. He was seen Tuesday at Freedom Park, according to apartment managers where one of the victims lives.

    The man is described as white, in his late 30s or early 40s with light brown hair.

    The first victim reported the man to police Friday. A second victim came forward after seeing an alert in her apartment building.
