CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A well-known Bojangles is closed for now.
The restaurant on Third Street between Elizabeth and Midtown had a fire.
Firefighters said they saw heavy smoke when they arrived.
They estimate the damage at a quarter of a million dollars.
No word has been released on the cause of the blaze or when the restaurant will reopen.
