CHARLOTTE, N.C.,None — Family and friends will hold a candlelight memorial Monday night for two boys who died in an accident.
Jeremy Brewton Jr., 1, and Kadrien Pendergrass, 5, were walking with their father along Shady Lane in west Charlotte last week when they were hit by a truck.
The driver of the truck was charged with two counts of misdemeanor death by motor vehicle.
A memorial for the boys will be held at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the parking lot of the Galilee Baptist Church on Shady Lane.
