CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Statesville Road was partially blocked early Friday morning after a CATS bus crashed into a utility pole overnight.
The wreck happened before 12:45 a.m. near Interstate-85.
Police said a driver of another car cut off the bus and the CATS driver swerved to avoid hitting that car.
Nobody was seriously hurt.
Duke Energy crews repaired the pole and police reopened Statesville Road around 7:30 a.m.
