CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Expect this breakfast concept to expand its Charlotte footprint over the next several years.
Eggs Up Grill opened its first location in the Shops at Piper Glen in south Charlotte in August. But CEO Ricky Richardson already sees room here for up to 12 locations over the next five years.
“We are looking at other areas around Charlotte,” Richardson says.
He anticipates working with multiple franchisees in Charlotte to reach that goal.
