CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Charlotte will be seeing temperatures in the 50s Monday, even with sunshine.
A breezy northeast wind will kick in around the afternoon which will keep temperatures down.
A slow warm-up is on the way through the week with a rain chance on Thursday.
Temperatures are currently running almost 10 degrees below the average.
Breezy winds will have gusts near 20 mph or higher.
Tuesday will also see highs in the upper 50s.
