CHESTER, S.C. — Police arrested two men accused of shooting a woman Thursday inside a home in Chester.
Officers responded to a breaking and entering call on Academy Street. Police said when officers arrived they found a woman shot inside the home.
She was taken first to Chester Regional Hospital and then airlifted to Carolinas Medical Center. Her name hasn't been released.

Police said a lead during the investigation led to the arrests of the suspects. The State Law Enforcement Division (SLED) assisted in the apprehension of the two men.
