CHARLOTTE, N.C. - People driving into uptown will be able to use a major road for a couple more days before it closes.
The city had planned to close South Mint Street Wednesday, but decided to wait until Monday because a scheduling conflict pushed construction back.
Crews will be installing storm drains under the road between West Third Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
It's all part of the construction of the new Charlotte Knights baseball stadium.
