CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg police released that Alexis Henderson was found safe Friday night around 12 a.m.
Henderson was reported missing Friday in the 2300 block of Kingsbury Drive around 5:45 p.m.
According to police, Alexis left her home to head to an unknown destination.
Alexis is described as white, 5 feet 3 inches, 130 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a red, hooded sweatshirt with black jeans with holes in them.
Authorities said they were concerned about her safety.
