CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is investigating after a man was shot early Monday morning in southeast Charlotte.

The shooting happened just after 3:30 a.m. on Pebblestone Drive right off Village Lake Drive near Independence Boulevard.
CMPD said a bullet grazed the victim's arm and he was transported to a nearby hospital.
No arrests have been made at this point.
