CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Two people armed with handguns robbed a restaurant in Charlotte’s NoDa neighborhood Monday morning, officials said.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said the two entered through the back of Cabo Fish Taco at about 8 a.m.
According to the police report, one suspect made the workers go to a back corner of the kitchen and held them there at gunpoint. The second suspect went to the business office and demanded money.
The suspects then ran out of the business towards the back.
The staff was preparing to serve lunch when the robbery happened.
No arrests have been made.
