CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are investigating the Queen City’s eleventh homicide of the year after someone was shot to death in northeast Charlotte late Thursday night.
Officers said a large group of people got into an argument on Atmore Street around 11:30 p.m. and a man was shot and killed.
Police later identified that victim as 21-year-old Lanaris Isabell.
Investigators told Channel 9 that the shooting doesn't appear to be random and are working to find witnesses.
No arrests have been made.
