CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Employees at a Charlotte convenience store told police a man threatened them with a handgun and stole money from the business on Friday.
At about 3 a.m., a man wearing prescription glasses, a black hoodie with white drawstrings, black pants and black shoes demanded money from employees at the Kangaroo Express on W. Sugar Creek Road.
The man ran away once he got the money from the employees.
Officers are searching for the man who is in his 20s, is about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds.
