CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Officers with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg police department said they have found an autistic 18-year-old high school student who was reported missing early Monday morning.
Officials believe Jeremiah Glover left his home between 2 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. and traveled toward Myers Park High School, where he is a student.
He was last seen in the area of Idlewild Road and Independence Boulevard.
Just after noon, police said Glover was found walking down the street close to that location. He was OK and was being taken to the hospital just to be checked out, officers said.
