In just a few days concealed carry permit-holders will be allowed to carry guns to college tailgates.
This comes from a new state law that takes effect on Oct. 1.
Some say guns should not be allowed at tailgates because competition and alcohol can fuel tension.
However, others say they have the right to own a gun and should have the right to take it where they please.
The same law also lets people carry concealed weapons into bars, on college campuses, and on public school property.
The law says the guns must be locked in a car when on school and college campuses.
