Concord to have traffic shift to continue construction on parking deck

Drivers in downtown Concord should expect some congestion this week.

Starting Monday, one lane will close, with a traffic shift, on Spring Street between Corban Avenue and Foard Avenue.

Crews are doing construction on the new downtown parking deck.
