CHARLOTTE — On Monday, a proposed south Charlotte development that has drawn mixed reactions from neighbors will be brought up again before city council.
The Waverly hopes to transform nearly 90 acres of land off Providence Road between Golf Links Drive and Chancelot Lane into a mixed-use development with shops, offices, a hotel and apartments.
Neighbors have concerns about traffic.
If the project is approved, developers hope to break land this summer.
