NC woman with large rifle caught on video robbing Sprint store

Fayetteville Police Department shared photos from surveillance video at the Sprint location. 

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Police are searching for a woman seen on video with a large rifle robbing a Sprint store in North Carolina.

The Fayetteville Police Department posted surveillance photos on their Facebook page of the alleged crime.

Investigators said the woman, wearing a green tank top and black pants, with a tattoo on her right shoulder blade, walked into the store on July 31 around 7:25 p.m. carrying a rifle. She then demanded cellphones from the clerk.

The clerk complied.

The woman, who did not attempt to conceal her face, left the store in a dark blue Mazda.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Fayetteville Police Department.
