Officials are searching for a man after a 20-year-old man was found dead Tuesday night in Lancaster County.

Randy Tran, 20, of Fort Mill, was found at the edge of the woods after 7 p.m. on Little River Road in Indian Land, officials said. The coroner said Tran died from a single gunshot wound to the head.

Officials said they have obtained warrants charging David Antonio Kucinski, 21, with murder related to Tran's death.

Kucinski has not yet been found and arrested, officials said.

Officials were called to the Little River Road area, which is a gravel road and heavily wooded. Witnesses said they saw Kucinski outside a car in the roadway at the top of a driveway with an unconscious man in the truck of the car.

The victim appeared to have blood on his face and head. Kucinski appeared to have blood on his clothes and arms.

Witnesses called 911, but when they walked back to the roadway, Kucinski was gone.

Investigators determined the orange car is a 2015 Toyota Scion registered to Tran’s father and has South Carolina license plate LSA-246.

The car was regularly driven by Tran and has not been found.

Kucinski is a white man, 6 feet, 2 inches to 6 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing about 170 pounds.

Kucinski formerly lived at 1800 Williams Road, Fort Mill, but he currently has no known permanent address.  He is believed to travel widely.
