Police say one person was stabbed in Plaza Midwood at the 2900 block of Central Avenue on Saturday.
Medic rushed the victim to the hospital with serious injuries.
People in the community are nervous such a violent crime took place.
“It definitely surprised me because the police are always out here on this highway,” said neighbor Chrystal Brigman. “And they’re building a new police station further down, so yeah it’s a little scary.”
Police have not confirmed any arrests or suspect information.
