ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. - One wrong number landed four people in jail.
Rowan County deputies said Sandra Davis thought she was calling her drug dealer at 4 a.m. Monday, but she misdialed and reached a deputy’s personal phone instead.
The deputy set up an undercover buy, arrested Davis and Henry Cloer, then found the alleged dealer she was trying to reach and arrested two more people.
