ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — The Rowan County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help to track down a man who threatened to shoot people at a local elementary school.

They believe a man driving a white SUV used a pay phone at Jake Alexander Boulevard and Mooresville Road in Salisbury to call in the threat.
