CALDWELL COUNTY, N.C. - Rowan County deputies arrested a woman Tuesday after a months-long drug investigation.
Deputies said Deborah Loining had powerful synthetic drugs that mimic the effects of cocaine. They said she was part of a drug distribution ring and watched her pick up suspected bath salts.
Deputies are waiting on lab results to know for sure what they seized.
Loining is in jail under a $20,000 bond.
