“We are not asking for much,” resident Meredith Spears said. “We are not asking for much. We are just asking for change in the right way.”
Residents in a nearby neighborhood said they aren’t opposed to the project, they just want less units and improvements to infrastructure.
The developer, however, is not willing to make any concessions.
