CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are investigating a shooting and possible robbery of a Domino's Pizza driver Friday night in east Charlotte.

The driver was shot on Pointe Lake Drive off Albemarle Road but made it to Idlewild Road North.
The driver was taken to the hospital from that location with serious injuries.
It is unclear if the shooter and the driver knew each other.
No arrests have been made.
