CHARLOTTE - Dozens of people came to a job fair at PNC Music Pavilion on Sunday.
The job fair was held to fill about 50 seasonal positions, including ushers, security and other event staff.
Organizers say this is a great opportunity to help people in the community find work.
“It feels really good. Anytime we can help the people in the Charlotte area to work, we’re happy,” said Michael Kahaly, United Event Services president.
Organizers hope to hire some of the applicants they saw today. Another job fair will be held in May.
