Dozens of companies to attend Rowan County job fair

SALISBURY, N.C. — Dozens of companies are now hiring after more than 1,000 layoffs at plants in Rowan County.

There will be 40 employers at a job fair Tuesday at the Salisbury Civic Center.

A job prep session will be held Friday and for those that attend this, they will get a pass to enter the job fair early.
