CHARLOTTE, N.C. — It took more than two dozen firefighters nearly a half hour to put out flames at a north Charlotte house early Tuesday morning.
Crews responded to Allen Road South near North Graham Street around 6 a.m. and reported flames shooting through the roof when they arrived.
Officials told Channel 9 that the home was vacant and that nobody was hurt. They are still investigating how the fire started and said it caused roughly $12,000 in damages.
