CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A car ended up on its side after a shootout early Tuesday morning in north Charlotte, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.

Officials said people in two cars were shooting at each other around 3 a.m. when one of the drivers crashed on Nevin Road.
Officers are still searching for the second vehicle involved.
There's no word on injuries related to the crash, but officers said no one was shot.
